WebBuildings always draw both sewage and water from the same nearest pipe network; the nearest I/O node is irrelevant, unlike back in old SC4. So when you hook a pump (in or out) up to a pipe, it sets the usage to zero rather than null... There are blue coverage areas, but I can't see where to … WebNo, they aren't losing power. I've seen two scenarios - The first time I freaked out and just built a ton more pumps and outflows. This didn't fix it, but it seemed as though just randomly connecting some pipes that were already connected did fix it. I had some pipes running down an extremely steep slope to my waste stations.

If that's happening, try spacing the pumps apart. I had this issue too, and spacing them out and relocating some of them did the trick.
