We have cleaned all the grounds, no visual problems on the second alternator wiring harness, plug on the back of alternator look ok and no battery light. Yes the 6.7 has PCM controlled alternators I suspect it may have pulled one off line since you disabled it. you may need some drive time or reset the code. that being said spikes can happen with a bad connection so triple check the connections.
