WebJan 24, 2024 · I don't know if tvs have that same setting as monitors but I'm seeing here that other people can't choose anything over 29hz with a certain monitor due to the "Display Port Mode" setting. Sounds alot like your problem but if you're using an HDMI cable I don't think any of that matters.
